    Product Description

    CSF has been at the forefront of developing cooling systems for classic and enthusiast vehicles that either no longer have OE support or are incredibly expensive and hard to find. Many Ford GT owners know or have discovered the Radiator, Heat Exchanger, and optional Transaxle (transmission oil) Cooler were discontinued by Ford several years ago. These discontinued parts are nearly impossible to find used. If you can find them, the prices are staggering.

    CSF worked closely with both Boden Autohaus and Throtl to develop the full cooling suite for their 2025 SEMA Ford GT Builds. Each part was modeled and improved using the most advanced cooling technology. The result is a modern cooling suite that is a drop-in fit upgrade for the Radiator, Supercharger Heat Exchanger, and Transaxle Cooler Kit. These coolers will keep your Ford GT running at peak performance under the most extreme circumstances and are built to last.

    Design & Engineering

    CSF has been making the highest quality High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiators for decades. With an industry-leading reputation and deep knowledge of high-performance cooling systems, our engineering team set to work to design the best possible radiator for this legendary supercar.

    CSF vs OEM

    Due to the massive amount of heat generated by the supercharged V8, the factory radiator featured a massive 1-row 68mm thick core. There wasn't much room to expand on this, so CSF matched the 68mm thickness but with updated core technology.

    The CSF radiator features a 2-Row 68mm aluminum core that greatly improves the ability to dissipate heat. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology further increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. Between the 4 additional rows of cooling tubes/fins and 2-row core, the CSF Radiator outperforms the OEM unit by a significant margin. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The radiator mounts in the factory location and requires no modifications or cutting. It can be paired with the OE heat exchanger or the new CSF #8365 High-Performance Supercharger Heat Exchanger.

    The TIG-Welded 100% All Aluminum construction increases the overall strength of the radiator. This improves durability and longevity so you can be confident this will be the last radiator you will need to buy for your Ford GT.

    Full Cooling Suite

    The CSF High-Performance Radiator is part of the full Ford GT Cooling Suite. It can be paired with the OEM heat exchanger or with the upgraded CSF #8365 High-Performance Supercharger Heat Exchanger for ultimate cooling performance. If you're having heat issues with your transmission, add on the CSF #8375 Transaxle Cooler Kit. The kit features a cooler with 90% more core volume and is nearly twice as thick as the original optional Ford Motorsports unit.
