THE AWE SWITCHPATH EXHAUST + REMOTE PACKAGE
From composed to unleashed, at the push of a button.
The AWE SwitchPath Exhaust is a valved, full 3” T304L stainless steel system featuring a straight-through muffler packed with AWE’s proprietary blend of stainless steel mesh and acoustical material. With a valved outlet on the passenger side, the SwitchPath Exhaust delivers a smooth, drone-free tone during cruising—and transforms into an aggressive soundtrack under throttle.
The included SwitchPath Remote allows for full manual control of the exhaust valve, independent of the RS’ drive modes. Simply plug in the harness to override the factory ECU-controlled valve logic, and you can open or close the valve on demand from the cabin.
THE AWE TOURING EDITIONS
Sophistication meets aggression.
The Touring Edition Exhaust is a direct bolt-on, straight-through system featuring AWE’s patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology, designed specifically for the RS platform. The result? A deep, refined note while cruising, with aggressive crackles and pops when you’re getting after it.
Available as:
Resonated Touring Edition: Perfectly balanced. Recommended for most drivers.
Non-Resonated Touring Edition: For those who crave a bit more volume while staying drone-free.
THE AWE TRACK EDITION
The loudest of the lineup.
The Track Edition features the same 3” design and precision engineering as the Touring Edition, but removes the rear 180 Technology resonator in favor of a straight pipe. That means no drone-canceling, just full, raw 2.3L EcoBoost tone. It’s loud, especially in the mid-range. It may be too much for some, which is why Track Edition systems cannot be returned due to sound preference.
But—you’re never stuck. Want to tame it later? No problem. AWE Conversion Kits let you easily swap rear sections to transform your Track Edition into a Touring Edition.
THE SWITCHPATH REMOTE
Manual valve control, in your hands.
The AWE SwitchPath Remote overrides the RS’ factory valving logic, allowing you to control the factory or AWE SwitchPath valve at any time. Includes two remotes, a wiring harness, a control box, and mounting hardware. Compact, sleek, and perfect for your keychain or cupholder.
The SwitchPath Remote comes standard with the AWE SwitchPath Exhaust.
It also works independently with the factory exhaust for drivers who want manual valve control without changing their exhaust system.
Note: The SwitchPath Remote does not function with Touring or Track Editions.
