SXTH Element CPLT Intake Toyota Tundra (2022-2026) Sequoia (2023-2026) Gas & Hybrid, +14 HP / +14 TQ, Dual Turbo Inlet Replacement

SXTH Element CPLT Intake Toyota Tundra (2022-2026) Sequoia (2023-2026) Gas & Hybrid, +14 HP / +14 TQ, Dual Turbo Inlet Replacement

This isn't just a filter and airbox swap. SXTH Element built the CPLT to replace everything from the front ducting all the way down to both turbo inlets, which is the area that actually limits airflow the most on this twin-turbo platform. Because of that, you'll hear the turbos far more than you did with the factory intake, expect more pronounced spool-up, flutter, and blow-off sounds at every RPM rather than just under hard acceleration. If your truck happens to be affected by Toyota's TSB for fuel injector performance, opening up the intake can sometimes make a previously masked issue more noticeable, which is exactly why we'd recommend having that TSB addressed at your dealer either before or shortly after this install.

Fitment Information

  • Toyota Tundra 3.4L Twin Turbo V6, gas and i-FORCE MAX hybrid (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026)
  • Toyota Sequoia 3.4L Twin Turbo V6, gas and i-FORCE MAX hybrid (2023, 2024, 2025, 2026)

Fitment Note: This kit fits the 3rd generation Toyota Tundra and Toyota Sequoia equipped with the 3.4L twin-turbo V6, covering both standard gas and i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrains. If your Tundra or Tundra HV is currently affected by Toyota Technical Service Bulletin T-SB-0030-23, which covers a lack of power during acceleration or a check engine light tied to certain diagnostic codes, we recommend having your local Toyota dealer perform that TSB before or shortly after installing this intake.

Specs and Features

  • Average dyno-proven gains of 14 hp and 14 lb-ft of torque at the wheels on a completely stock tune
  • SXTH Element Part Number: 32-17-100
  • Comprehensive end-to-end intake system, replaces the complete factory assembly from the front ducting down to both turbo inlets, not just the airbox
  • Precision rotational-molded XLPE intake tubes eliminate restrictive factory bottlenecks for the straightest, most efficient airflow path
  • High-density polymer airbox construction for long-term heat and vibration resistance
  • Plug-and-play design, engineered to work with factory sensors, no tuning or calibration required
  • No check engine light under normal operation
  • Does not include hardware, reuses OEM fasteners
  • Includes four silicone couplers for the turbo inlet connections
  • Significantly increases volumetric efficiency, which lowers wastegate duty cycle and helps the turbos maintain boost more efficiently
  • Delivers a noticeably more aggressive turbo flutter, spool-up, and blow-off acoustic profile compared to the factory intake
  • The increased airflow can reveal pre-existing factory fuel injector issues that were previously masked by the more restrictive factory intake, covered under Toyota TSB T-SB-0030-23 where applicable
  • Dry filter media, no oiling required, inspect every 15,000-20,000 miles and clean with compressed air or mild soap and water
  • CARB certification testing is in progress and not yet complete, this product is not currently CARB exempt and does not ship to California

Pairs well with:

  • STILLEN Catback Exhaust for Toyota Tundra 3.4L Twin Turbo V6 (2022-2024) STILLEN rates this catback for an additional 10 wheel horsepower and 12 lb-ft of torque on the same 3.4L twin-turbo engine, so pairing it with this SXTH intake opens up both the intake and exhaust side of the engine together rather than just the intake alone.

Unleash the Sound of Performance

Transform your driving experience with the CPLT Intake System. Engineered specifically for the 2022+ Tundra, this system allows your engine to breathe freely while delivering the aggressive acoustic profile you crave. Experience pronounced turbo flutter, crisp spool-up, and satisfying blow-off sounds—all without the need for a custom tune or the fear of a check engine light.

Unlike standard aftermarket kits that stop at the airbox, the CPLT is a comprehensive, end-to-end solution. It replaces the entire factory assembly from the front ducting down to the turbo inlets. By utilizing precision rotational-molded XLPE tubes, we’ve eliminated restrictive factory bottlenecks to provide the straightest, most efficient path for high-velocity airflow.

⚠️ Important Service Note: Toyota TSB-0030-23

The CPLT Intake System significantly increases volumetric efficiency. In some cases, this added airflow can reveal pre-existing issues with factory fuel injectors that were previously "masked" by the restrictive OEM intake.

Technical Service Bulletin T-SB-0030-23: Certain Tundra and Tundra HV models may experience a lack of power during acceleration or a Check Engine Light (MIL ON), often associated with DTCs P017400, P117B00, and/or P043000.

Our Recommendation: We highly suggest having your local Toyota dealer perform this TSB. This ensures your vehicle is equipped with the latest factory injector updates, preventing performance interruptions and ensuring your fuel system can keep up with the increased efficiency of the CPLT system.

Performance & Acoustic Notes

Engineered Transparency: The CPLT system is significantly less restrictive than the OEM unit. Because we have replaced thick, muffled factory plastic with high-flow components, you may notice a faint "thumping" sound from the factory blow-off valves when lifting off the throttle during high-boost situations.

This is a normal mechanical characteristic of the 2022+ Tundra platform; the CPLT system simply removes the "muzzle," allowing you to hear the turbocharger system operate as intended. It does not cause any mechanical issues or harm to your engine.

🔊 Upgrade Your Sound Signature

While this "thumping" sound is harmless, some drivers prefer a more refined or aggressive acoustic profile. If you find the factory blow-off valve noise undesirable, an aftermarket solution can resolve it. The Turbosmart Blow-Off Valve will eliminate factory noises and provide a cleaner, crisper pressure release.
